What are the ingredients ???
1: 200 gm tin kidney beans drained and rinsed
2: 100 gm tin sweet corn drained
3: 100 gm tomatoes chopped
4: 2 avocados chopped
5: 1 red pepper chopped
6: 2 tablespoon lime juice
7: 1 tablespoon extra virgin oil
8: salt and pepper
9: 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
10:1/4 tablespoon chilli powder optional
~> combine the beans, avocados, chopped tomatoes , chopped avocados and red pepper in a bowl.
~> Pour over the juice of a lime and add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt and pepper and then chopped coriander.
~> combine every ingredient of the bowl and then tip out into a serving bowl. If you want to make your salad spicy then sprinkle chilli powder according to your taste. Otherwise it is ready to serve.
